Enadoc uses mathematical algorithms to identify the frequency of each tag or keyword within the organization's repository. The tags or keywords with the highest frequency appear larger in the tag cloud while tags with lesser frequency appear smaller. Users simply touch or click the tags to drill down the tag search into several layers until they find the documents and information that they are looking for.

Other than using the tag cloud, users can search through Global Search, which uses a variety of search parameters that help locate a document.
